ADA Braille

Silvercrest Signs is a licensed Raster Braille fabricator.  We are not limited by signs that you find in a catalogue but can produce signs that tie in perfectly to any architecture.  We’ve made metal signs and plastic ones.  The beauty of our system is that it is fully customizable.

Menu Systems

Banners

Flatbed Printing

Silvercrest Signs prints most of our flat 2D signs on a 5’x10’ UV flatbed printer.  Flatbed printing is one of the newest technologies in the world of sign making.  The beauty of the flatbed printer is that it can print directly to the substrate.  This allows us to make full color signs on any material.  Whether it be corrugated plastic signs you’re after or aluminum we’re ready to help out.  You’ll be amazed at the quality of our 2D signs.

Solvent Printing

All of our banners and vehicle graphics are printed on an array of printers that use premium solvent based inks.  Solvent and Eco Solvent inks tend to bite into the substrate which give your final sign great durability and longevity.  The prints are vibrant, full color and highly durable.  Not only do we use great inks, we use great substrates.  We offer a wide variety of substrates from adhesive backed vinyls to banner materials.  We can also custom die cut decals and other shapes.

Thermal Transfer Printing

Another method of printing that we employ is Thermal Transfer.  This type of printer uses solid resin inks that are then transferred to the vinyl by heat and pressure.  This technology has been in uses for decades and has proven itself in durability and color fastness.  The final print is solvent resistant and UV resistant.  It is perfect for decals and smaller vehicle graphics.  The machine also does die cutting so you aren’t limited by squares but can have any shape you wish.

CNC Routing

One thing that sets our signs apart from many others is that our sign blanks are cut out on a precision computer controlled router.  Instead of grabbing the utility knife or the skill saw to hack into your signs we use a precision flatbed routing system that guarantees precise, clean cuts.  We are used to cutting a large variety of substrates and can do it with or without the graphics already applied to the board.
