Getting Your Sign
Getting a sign from Silvercrest Signs is very simple. This document spells out our process from start to finish.View our PDF FLOW CHART of how a job progresses. Free Initial Consultation: In order for us to determine if we are a good fit we begin with a short interview either at your location or if that is not possible then by phone. We want to learn all we can about your needs and expectations so we can provide the best service possible. We will discuss key marketing, design, and site information. We will share ideas and discuss the options we can provide. During this process we will normally have enough information to provide you with a rough estimate. Design Consultation: Your sign’s success depends on the quality of the foundation design. If you would like us to provide design services we will ask for a design deposit which is based on the type of design work to be done. We offer several design options that take into consideration both your image needs as well as your budget. We will then go to work and design a sign that will meet your specific needs, this process normally takes one to two weeks. We reserve the right to display images of our signs for portfolio purposes. Final Estimate: Once the design phase has been completed we will have enough information to provide you with a final fixed estimate. This bid is based off of your sign’s specifications and will include all necessary items relating to your sign (i.e. installation, delivery, tax, etc.). Due to the custom nature of your sign, we will request a non refundable down payment of one half of the total invoiced price. We will neither schedule nor begin production until this deposit is made. Build Phase: The build phase is the step of the process that we enjoy most. During this time, which can take anywhere from four to eight weeks, we will be using all of our creative juices to create the sign of your dreams. Be assured that we are as excited to see your sign done as you are. We take great pride in the work we produce and go the extra mile to make sure it turns out great. Installation or Delivery: Silvercrest Signs is a state licensed sign installation contractor. If you are nearby we would be happy to install your sign. If you are far away we can arrange packaging and shipping to where ever you may be. We can also recommend experienced installers in your area. As soon as the sign is either shipped or installed we would like to receive the remaining balance. We accept most any form of payment. Final Check Up: After a month or so you should expect to hear from us again. We will either call or stop by to see how you like your sign. Of course we expect to hear that it has doubled sales, or that it has really made you look good, or that everyone loves it. Be sure to tell everyone where you got it. ![]() |
